Charlotte Tilbury Face of the Day #2

Hey doll hey! Hope all is well with you today. I’m in a lot of pain today. It’s cold here in Florida. I have surgery tomorrow so there will not be a Face of the Day tomorrow.

Today I decided to try doing a halo eye again using my new Charlotte Tilbury palette. Lets get into it….

Base: I primed my face with the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer ($54 at Sephora). I color corrected my under eyes with the Tarte CC Undereye Corrector ($25 at Ulta) in the color Light-Medium. I concealed my undereyes with the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Away Liquid Concealer ($32 on the Beautylish website) in the color 5.5 Medium. I used Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation ($44 on the Beautylish website ) in the color 4.5 Medium. I set my whole face with the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Skin Perfecting Micro-Powder ($45 on the Beautylish website) in the color 2 Medium. I bronzed my facw with the Bronzer in the Charlotte Tilbury Instant Look in a Palette ($75 on the Beautylish website) in the color way Gorgeous Glowing Beauty.

Eyes: I primed my lids with Tarte Shape Tape () in the color Light Medium Honey. I used 2 eyeshadow palettes for today’s look…. The Coastal Scents Revealed Matte Palette ($20 on their website) and the Charlotte Tilbury Instant Look in a Palette ($75 on the Beautylish website) in the color way Gorgeous Glowing Beauty. I set my Shape Tape with the 2nd color on the bottom row of the Revealed Matte palette. For my first transition shade I chose the 5th shade of the bottom row of the Revealed Matte palette, followed by the 9th shade of the top row on the same palette. I deepened the crease and my inner and outer 1/3 of the lids with the Dusty Plum Brown color # 3 of the Charlotte Tilbury Instant Look in a Palette ($75 on the Beautylish website) in the color way Gorgeous Glowing Beauty. I also used this color on the lower lash line for my drop shadow today. I then filled in the middle 1/3 of my lid using the same palette and using the muted pinky champagne color #1. I Highlighted the inner corners with Urban Decay Single Shadow ($20 at Ulta) in the color Midnight Cowboy. And after I did my brows with the ELF Ultra Precise Brow Pencil ($5 on their website) and the Wow Brow ($4 on their website) in the color dark brown, and carving out the brow bone with the BH Studio Pro Brow  Highlighter ($5 on the BH website) on the matte side I set the brow bone with the 2nd color on the top row of the Revealed Matte palette. I lined my water line with the NYX Faux Whites Eye Liner ($8 at Ulta) in the color Linen. I primed my lashes with the Loreal Voluminous Primer ($5.99 at Target) and then used the Charlotte Tilbury Full Fat Lashes ($29 on the Beautylish website) in the color Glossy Black.

I lined my lips with Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat ($22 on the Beautylish website) in the color Pillow Talk (a neutral pinky nude) and filled in my lips with Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips ($34) in the color Kidman’s Kiss (a pinky coral nude).

Final Thoughts….

I am so loving the new Charlotte Tilbury products I purchased off the Beautylish website. I still don’t know what the big deal with with the Airbrush Flawless Finish Skin Perfecting Micro-Powder is, but I will keep testing it to see if with time it grows on me. Upon being able to have the time to really take it slow and buff out the eye shadows from the Charlotte Tilbury Instant Look in a Palette I have grown to love the eye shadows so much more… they blend out like a dream. I really like the Halo look I did today…. it came together quickly and effortlessly.

What makeup products would you like me to review ….drop my a line via my email or leave me a message on this post … if you are in a different country drop my a line on your favorite cosmetic line from your country and maybe I’ll do a review on them….

Well that’s all for now dolls. Remember save a spoon for a bit of lipstick.

XOXO
