Hey doll hey!!! I’m so excited to do this post!!! For my anniversary my husband got me the Tati Beauty Textured Neutrals Vol 1 Shadow Palette!!!! Tati Westbrook is one of my all time favorite YouTubers and when I heard she was coming out with a palette I desperately wanted it!!! Tati is such an amazing person, she is honest and genuine. You can find her YouTube channel here -> Tati Westbrook . So I’m coming at you with a swatch post of the palette and I’ve gotta say just from swatching this palette I am so freaking excited to use this palette tomorrow!!!! So let’s jump into the swatches…. side note: There is 6 rows of shadows and each row is the same color in different finishes so rather than every shade having a color name it’s every row having a shade name and each row comes in 4 finishes…. Matte, Sequin, Metallic, and Glitter.

from left to right the row names are: The black shades are called Memory, The brown shades are called Rutual, the orange shades are called Story, the tan shades are called Soothe, the cream shades are called Aura, and the berry shades are called Poet.

the Glitter row of shades.

Final Thoughts: You get .18 ounces total in the glitter pans and .72 ounces total for the remaining finishes. The palette retails for $48 on her website. This palette is Cruelty Free and Vegan. What I have learned from just swatching the shadows is that the shadows are finely milled and super pigmented. Every swatch I did was done by swirling my finger 7 times around the pan and in 1 swipe on my arm. Each swatch is done without primer and just on bare skin. The colors blended well on my arm and there was no kickback in the pans. The shadows are so pigmented that I had a bit of trouble wiping the shades from my arm with a baby wipe. The glitters were so super pigmented that the swatches applied completely opaque without having to touch up any of the swatches. As a side note …. the glitter shades were extremely hard to remove, it took 8 baby wipes to get all the glitter off. What I can tell from the swatches is Tati has done glitter the right way. There was no fallout when trying to swatch them and there was no skipping or tugging while applying the swatches. We all know I hate glitter, but I am low key excited to try this glitter formula out … maybe it will make a glitter lover out of me yet!!

Well that’s all for now dolls, tomorrow I will do a look with this palette and give you a full on review so stay tuned. Until then, remember dolls…. save a spoon for a bit of makeup.

XOXO
