Hey doll hey!!! How’s your day/night going? Great I hope. I was up around 8:40 AM today … had a doctor’s appointment today. Well really I had a Dental Surgeon appointment today … it was a consult for to get 2 of my wisdom teeth removed. I forgot to take pictures before I left for my appointment so I just took them in the car while I was waiting for my food to be dropped at my car today … Olive Garden for dinner since I didn’t get out of my appointment until around 4:30 PM.
This is my go to look when I have a doctor’s appointment. Don’t mind the messy lipstick… it’s hard to keep your lips looking good under a mask … I opted for a matted lip color since that would be less messy than a creme lip would have.
Today I wore Gucci Bamboo perfume. Let’s dive into today’s Face of the Day…

Base:
I primed my face using Too Faced HangoveRX ($34 at Ulta) and I primed my pore areas using Tarte Clean Slate Timeless Smoothing Primer ($39 at Ulta). I then used Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter ($44 at Sephora) in the shade 3. For foundation today I chose Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Foundation ($44 at Sephora) in the shade 3 Neutral. I typically don’t contour when I’m just going to run errands like food shop or doctor’s appointments I just warm up the perimeters of my face and down my nose. I bronzed lightly using the Tarte Breezy Cream Bronzer ($29 at Sephora) in the shade Grace Bay. I highlighted the high points of my face using Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Beauty Light Wand ($38 at Sephora) in the shade Spotlight. I concealed my under eyes using NYX Born to Glow Radiant Concealer ($9 at Ulta) in the shade fair. I set my under eyes using Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder ($28 at Ulta and Sephora). I set my bronzer using Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer ($15.99 at Ulta) in the regular bronzer shade. I set my highlight using Too Faced Born This Way Turn Up The Light Highlighting Palette ($42 at Ulta and Sephora) in the Light color way and using the shade Glow. I set the rest of the face using Too Faced Born This Way Ethereal Loose Setting Powder ($33 at Ulta) in the shade Translucent. For my setting powder I’ve chosen BH Studio Pro Matte Finish Pressed Powder (usually $9.50 but on sale for $4.75 on their website) in the shade 230.

Eyes:
I set my brows using Believe Beauty Eyebrow Styling Gel ($4 only at Dollar General stores) in clear and filled in my brows using Milani Stay Put Brow Color ($8.49 at Ulta) in the shade 05 Dark Brown. I carved out my brow line using BH Studio Pro Brow Highlighter ($5 on their website) on the matte side and then primed the rest of my lids using the P.Louise Base ($10 pound sterling/ $12.08 USD on their website… can also be found on the Morphie website for $15) in the shade Rumour 0.5. For today’s eye look I used the ELF The New Classics Palette ($14 on their site also sold at Target). I set my brow line using a combo of the shades Creme (vanilla – matte) and Blanc (white – shimmer). I started by using a combo of the shades Uptown (Taupe – matte) and Truffle (Soft Camel Brown – matte) from lash line to brow line. For the outer 1/3 of my mobile lid and the outer v of the crease I used a combo of the shades Darling (Mid-Toned orange based brown – matte) and Muse (dark chocolate brown – matte). For the remaining 2/3 of the mobile lid I used a combo of the shades Beloved (slight peachy – shimmer) and Glamour (Opal – shimmer). I then went into the shade Rose Gold (rose gold – metallic) and patted it over the middle 1/3 of the mobile lids. For the lower lash line I just created a light drop shadow using more of the shade Darling. I tight lined my upper and lower waterlines using BH Cosmetics Power Pencil ($8 at Ulta) in the shade Black. I coated my lashes in Milani Dangerous Lengths ($9.99 at Ulta) in the shade 112 Black. I then popped on a pair of Ardell Faux Mink Lash ($6.49 at Ulta) in the style #812 lashes. I highlighted the inner corners using the dazzle shade from the Too Faced Born This Way Turn Up The Light Highlighting Palette ($42 at Ulta and Sephora).

Cheeks and Lips:
For blush today I am wearing Tarte Sugar Rush Beach Cheeks Cream Blush ($15 at Ulta) in the shade Beaches and Cream (peachy pink). I set the cream blush using Tarte Amazonian 12-HR Blush ($29 at Ulta and Sephora) in the shade Natural Beauty (rosey red). I lined and filled in my lips using ColourPop Lippie Pencil ($6 on their website) in the shade Another Round (rosy nude) and then topped off my lips using ColourPop Lippie Stix ($7 on their website) in the shade Cami (cool-toned mauve – matte).

Final Thoughts:
Tomorrow I will be doing another rainbow inspired look. I want to keep practicing it until I get the look perfected …. I have several rainbow looks I want to try and achieve.
I also have purchased 5 new 18 shadow eye shadow palettes from the ELF website.
I purchased a few more things off the Makeup Revolution website as well.
I may also be purchasing some lashes from Boldface makeup soon too.

Well that’s all for now dolls. I hope you enjoy the rest of your day/night and that you are in great health and spirits.
Remember dolls …. Save a spoon for a bit of lipstick.
XOXO, Nita
