Quick 3rd Beauty Haul for June 2020

Hey doll hey! How’s your day/night going? Great I hope.

I have a very short haul for you. So let’s jump into it….

I purchased (with the try before you buy option) the new Il Makiage F*uck I’m Flawless Multi-Use Perfecting Concealer ($26 on their website) . You get .23 fluid ounces of product with a doe foot applicator. This concealer comes in 30 shades (10 for fair, 10 for medium, and 10 for deep skin tones) and I purchased mine in the shade 2.5. This concealer is billed as a long-wear, lightweight concealer that instantly covers under-eye circles, blemishes, dark spots & hyperpigmentation with an advanced vegan, cruelty-free, oil-free & paraben-free formula. A long-lasting wear with medium-to-high buildable coverage.

The picture on the left is with no flash and the one on the right is with flash… this was swatched on bare skin with no primer and in 1 go.

What I noticed from swatching this concealer was very light-weight with, I would say, a solid medium coverage. I left the swatch on to see if it would sink into the fine lines of my hands and it did not. I’m really excited to try this concealer.

I received the Il Makiage InkLiner ($21 on their website for .04 fluid ounces) in the shade Black as a free gift with purchase. It’s billed as an intensely pigmented, extremely long hold waterproof liquid inkliner for thin, natural or dramatic eye definition. Velvet matte finish with up to 14 hours of wear time.

What I have noticed from swatching this one is that #1 it is insanely pigmented. This has got to be the deepest black liner I have ever owned. #2 It will bleed … as you can see from the swatches it seeps into the fine lines of the back of my hand. #3 I do not think this one is water proof at all. I left this on for a few minutes for it to dry down completely and barely touched a baby wipe to it to try and remove and it completely came off in one swipe.

Charlotte Tilbury Rock ‘N’ Kohl Eye Liner ($27 on the beautylish website for .04 ounces of product) in the shade Eye Cheat (beige). These eye liners come in 7 shades and are billed as the ultimate sexy, smudgy “bedroom eye”. A silky-smooth glide of a liquid liner and the soft, sooty, pigment-rich payoff of kohl with a a waterproof, long-lasting formula that sets after 30 seconds that lasts for up to 14 hours.

The picture on the left is without flash and the one on the right is with flash. This swatch was done on bare skin with no primer and in 1 swipe … it looks like it skipped but it didn’t the pencil is very soft and broke whilst swatching.

What I have noticed from swatching this one is that the pencil is soft but hearty. It’s super pigmented and does in fact set down in 30 seconds. This one is truly waterproof. I had to use oil to remove it.

Well dolls … that’s all for now … I do have 2 orders from my June beauty buys that are still in the mail so I will have to haul them with my July beauty buys …. I will mark them as purchased in June so that you can see what I purchased in June.
