Hey doll hey! How’s your day/night going? Great I hope. My wisdom tooth is killing me today, the rain is killing my spoonie bits, and I’m a bit exhausted… but I am in great spirits so I’mm doing good.
Today I am wearing Marc Jacbos Daisy Twinkle…. Let’s jump into today’s Face of the Day …..

Base:
I primed my face using Too Faced HangOveR RX Primer ($34 at Ulta) and primed the pores using Tarte Timeless Smoothing Primer (38 at Ulta). I used the VDL Lumilayer Primer ($32 at Ulta) to add a hint of glow to the skin. For foundation today I am wearing a combo of 1 squeezes of MAC Strobe Cream ($35 at Ulta) in the shade Pinklite and Revolution PRO Revolution Pro CC Cream Perfecting Foundation ($15 on their website) in the shade F3 (fair skin tones with a neutral/ pink under tones). I color corrected my under eyes using Pixi by Petra Correction Concentrate ($12 at Target) in the shade Brightening Peach and then concealed my under eyes using Revolution Conceal & Hydrate Concealer ($10 on their website) in the shade C3 (fair skin tones with a cool under tones). I set the under eyes using Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder ($28 at Ulta and Sephora). I contoured my fore head, cheek bones, jaw line, and bridge of the nose using Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand ($38 at Sephora) in the shade medium/deep. I bronzed the face using Tarte Breezy Cream Bronzer ($29 at Sephora) in the shade Grace Bay. I set the bronzer using  using ColourPop Pressed Powder Bronzer ($8 on their website) in the shade Talk to the Palm. I applied Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Glow Wand ($38 at Sephora) in the shade Spotlight to the high points of my face and set that using Revolution Highlighter Reloaded ($7 on their website) in the shade Just My Type (a softer champagne). I set the rest of the face using Too Faced Born This Way Ethereal Loose Setting Powder ($33 at Ulta and Sephora) in the shade translucent. For touch ups I am using Catrice Cosmetics Prime and Fine Waterproof Mattifying Powder ($7.49 at Ulta) in the shade translucent.

Eyes:
I set my brows using Benefit Gimme Brow ($24 at Ulta and Sephora) in the shade 4 and then filled in my eye brows using AOA Studio Sculpting Brow Pencil ($1 on the Shop Miss A website) in the shade Dark Brown. I carved out my brows using my BH Studio Pro Brow Highlighting Pencil ($5 on their website) on the matte side and then prepped the rest of my eye lids using Revolution Makeup Cut Crease Canvas Full Coverage Eye shadow Base ($9 on their website) in the shade Illustrate (fair flesh color). I set my brow line using the shade Canvas (creamy vanilla – satin) from the ELF Retro Paradise palette ($14 on their website). For today’s look I used the ELF Earth and Ocean Palette ($14 on their website). I started with the shade Mojave Mami (mid-toned sand brown – satin) as my transition shade. I then went in with the shade Desert Storm  (khaki – matte) for my crease color. To deepen the outer 1/3 of the mobile lid and the outer v of the crease I used a combo of the shades Can’t Kelp It (dusty brown green – matte) and Spruced Up (deep olive green – matte). For the remaining 2/3 of the mobile lid I used the shade  Sahara (yellow based light green – metallic). I then went into more of the shade Spruced Up (deep olive green – matte) and patted that over the middle 1/3 to blend the outer and inner 1/3 of the mobile together. For the lower lash line I used more of the shade Spruced Up (deep olive green – matte) and then tightlined the lower lash liner using Charlotte Tilbury Rock ‘N’ Kohl Iconic Liquid Eye Pencil ($27 at Sephora) in the shade Eye Cheat (beige). I used 1 coat of Flower Beauty The Warrior ($10 on their site) mascara in the shade Fiercest Black.

Cheeks and Lips:
For blush today I used a combo of all 4 shades of the  ELF Cream Blush Palette ($8 at Ulta and on the ELF website) in the Soft colorway and then promptly set that using the  Revolution Blusher Reloaded ($7 on their website) in the shade Peaches & Cream. I lined and filled in my lips using the ColourPop Lippie Pencil ($6 in their website) in the shade Brink (terracotta rose) and then toppped my lips off using the ColourPop Lippie Pencil ($7 on their website) in also the shade Brink (terracotta rose).

Final Thoughts:
I have been really enjoying these ELF palettes. They are so pigmented and a joy to blend and buff into the eyes.

Well dolls, that’s all for now. I hope you have a great rest of your day/night and that you are in good spirits and health.
Remember …. Save a spoon for a bit of lipstick.
XOXO, Nita.
