Day 4: Dream Colorful Palette: Pick 9 colorful shades from any of your palettes to create your own mini colorful palette
- As always the picture on the left will be the picture with no flash and the one on the right will be the one with flash …. All swatches are done on bare skin with no primer and in 1 pass.

The colors from left to right are:
Solstice With the Mostest (neon pink with a blue sheen – metallic) a ColourPop single pan shadow ($4.50 on their website). I just love this pink shade! It’s so fun to play with and it’s so super pigmented. It’s a great summer shade.
Grid Lock (bright teal with silver & teal glitter – metallic) a ColourPop single pan shadow ($4.50 on their website). This teal is super pretty on it’s own, as a lower lash pop of color, as center of a smokey halo eye, or winged out along the lash line as a pop of liner color.
Back Stage (cobalt blue – matte) a ColourPop single pan shadow ($4.50 on their website). This matte shade is so freaking pretty!!! I use it as an all over shadow, I use it as liner shade, I’ve even used it as an outer v shade.
Bare Minimum (berry violet – metallic) from the It’s My Pleasure Eyeshadow Palette by ColourPop ($12 on their website). This is such a unique shade. It has a hint of duo-chrome to it that just give this reddish tint to the eyeshadow.
Do or Dough (bright lavender with blue duo chrome flip – metallic) from the It’s My Pleasure Eyeshadow Palette by ColourPop ($12 on their website). I really love this shade as an all over mobile lid shade. It’s such a pretty duo-chrome. It’s so pretty, in fact, that I sometimes just dust a wash of this shade over my mobile lid and use nothing else, save some mascara.
Chick Lit (deep amethyst – metallic) from the It’s My Pleasure Eyeshadow Palette by ColourPop ($12 on their website). This shade is so majestic! It’s my most treasured purple shade in all my collection. I have even used this shade as a lipstick topper on occasions.
Egypt (royal green – metallic) from the Nubian 2 Palette by Juvia’s Place $28 on their website. This is such a pretty deep forest green with a slight gold lilt to it. I love creating a green smokey eye with this shadow most of all, but I have also used it as an lower lash liner and outer v shade.
Cleopatra (royal blue – metallic) from the Nubian 2 Palette by Juvia’s Place on their website. There is so much dimension to this shadow. Swatching this shadow doesn’t do it justice. There is just something so magical about this shade.
And finally Kongo (bright icy sky blue – metallic) from the Warrior III Palette by Juvia’s Place $20 on their website. This is such a bright blue! I just can’t stop staring when I’m wearing this one.
So there we have it dolls … this is what my dream mini colorful palette would look like. I know it’s sort of blue and purple heavy but those really are my favorite types of pop of color shadows. What shades would be in your 9 pan colorful palette?
I hope you enjoy the rest of your day/night and that you are in good health and spirits.
Remember … Save a spoon for a bit of lipstick.
XOXO, Nita
Wow beautiful. I like the Egypt green color from Juvia’s Place. I almost bought that palette just for that color. Amazing!
