Ulta Drugstore Makeup Haul January 2021 #4

Hey doll hey! How’s your day/night going? Great I hope. I’m doing OK. I’m having a high pain day so I’ve decided not to do my makeup today. Instead I’m using my spoons to give myself a spa day. I’ve got my hair deep conditioning, a hydrating cream face mask going, and if my pain will let me get to the floor I even plan to shave my legs with the Magic Shaving Powder I purchased from Amazon last month but never got around to using.

In the meantime I did just receive the last of my Ulta order (just 4 little items) and thought I would haul it for you today. On to the haul….

This mascara is billed as giving sky high lash impact from every angle! Maybelline’s Lash Sensational Sky High mascara delivers full volume and limitless length. I didn’t swatch this one yet because I’m currently working on a few opened tubes that I want to get through first but from all the hype I’ve seen I have big hopes for this one even though the original Lash Sensational mascara let me down.

Pixi by Petra Endless Silky Eye Pen $12 for .04 ounce of product at Ulta

This eyeliner is billed as being waterproof, super-long-wear, no-smudge, and no-budge and glides on like seamless silk, and in a single sweep motion creates a flawless, solid jewel-toned line. No retouching required all day – or night! It comes in 15 vibrant shades.

I’ve been using this formula in the shade Black Caviar for about a year now… I have repurchased that shade countless times because it is super creamy and stays put all day. I love how pigmented it is and where it not for the fact that I purchased so many bright colors I would have purchased the shades Black Blue, Matte Siena, Black Cocoa and Pure 24-K.

Milani Color Fetish Lipstick $8.99 for .41 ounces of product at Ulta

This lippie is billed as having sheer to medium coverage, ultra-moisturizing, balm-like lipstick with an 85% blend of nourishing oils glides on effortlessly, leaving lips moisturized with a lustrous pop of color. The creamy, lustrous shine, high-comfort formula wears like a lipstick, but melts on to your lips like your favorite balm. It comes in 9 shades.

What I’ve learned about this swatch: This is a super creamy and moisturizing lip stick that is a spot on replacement for the discontinued Revlon Lip Butters. They are identical in every way…. the amount of opacity, the slip, the shine, the lush feeling on the lips. The only difference is that the Milani ones have a very slight tutti frutti scent to them… it’s very faint but there. I love this formula so much that I placed an order for the other 2 shades that I liked in the release. I’m hoping they come out with other shades since only 3 of the 9 shades appeal to me.

Makeup Revolution Blusher Reloaded $7 for .26 ounces of product at Ulta

This blush is billed as a pressed sheer velvet powder. It comes in 10 shades, however Ulta only carries 3 shades currently… you can purchase the other shades on the Makeup Revolution website or Beauty Bay in the UK.

It’s no secret that I love this blush formula. I now own 5 shades with plans to purchase the remaining 5 shades. Dare I say this is my favorite powder blush formula and that says a lot since I also love the Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hour blushes.
