Hey doll hey! How’s your day/night going? Great I hope. I’m not hurting as bad as I was and I was able to get some house work done today so that’s a plus.

I wanted to see if I could make a colorful look but fall inspired… this is the look I came up with, a nice olive and gold eye with a pop of lime. I used all 6 shades from the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Snap Shadow Mix & Match Palette ($25 for 0.21 oz / 6 g of total product on their website making it 0.035 oz / 1 g and $4.17 per shade) in the limited edition color story #10 Money , 1 shade from the BH Cosmetics Trendy in Tokyo 16 Pan Palette ($17 for 0.56 oz / 16 g of total product on their website making it 0.0175 oz / 1 g and $1.06 per shade and 2 shades from the L.A.Girl Desert Dream Eyeshadow Palette – Mainstage ($15.99 for 35 g/ 1.23 oz of total product, making it $0.99 a shade at Ulta).
Today’s scent is …

Top Notes: Jasmine, Bitter Orange, Sambac and Italian Orange.
Heart Notes: Orange and Ginger.
Base Notes: Sandalwood, Vanilla and Honey

Let’s get into the walkthrough and eye pictorial for today’s Face of the Day….

Eyes and Brows:

I combed the slightest amount of Got 2 B Glued Spiking Glue ($6.49 for 6 oz / 170 g of product at Ulta) through my brows, I did not laminate them up I simply brushed the gel through to keep the hairs all going in the same direction. I filled in my brows using the Huda Beauty #BombBrows Microshade Brow Pencil ($17 for 0.0008 oz / 0.023 g of product at Sephora) in the shade #7 Black Brown (Huda’s shade, black hair with warm undertones). I craved out my brows and primed my lids using the P.Louise Base ($14 for 0.54 fl oz / 15 mL of product on their website) in Rumour 0 (white). I then put a piece of tape at the edges of my eyes to create a crisp look on the outside edges. For today’s look I used 6 shades from the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Snap Shadow Mix & Match Palette ($25 for 0.21 oz / 6 g of total product on their website making it 0.035 oz / 1 g and $4.17 per shade) in the limited edition color story #10 Money , 1 shade from the BH Cosmetics Trendy in Tokyo 16 Pan Palette ($17 for 0.56 oz / 16 g of total product on their website making it 0.0175 oz / 1 g and $1.06 per shade and 2 shades from the L.A.Girl Desert Dream Eyeshadow Palette – Mainstage ($15.99 for 35 g/ 1.23 oz of total product, making it $0.99 a shade at Ulta). I started with the Fenty palette. I took the shade RubbaBandz (warm toned slight red based brown – matte) and a stout crease brush into the crease up to the brow line to created depth before starting my look ↓

I then went in with the shade Thyme is Money (warm toned yellow based khaki green – matte) on a medium shadder brush to deepen the crease keeping the color low in the crease ↓

I then took a medium tapered crease brush and doing the 50/50 technique and the shade Bamboo (grass green – matte) from the BH Cosmetics palette I applied this shade in my crease higher up than the last shade and into the bottom 1/2 of the transition area ↓

Taking a short compacted shadder brush and the shade SSS (neon green- matte) from the LA Girl palette I did the 50/50 technique again from the second crease shade up into the transition area and lightly up into the brow line ↓

I then took a flat shadder brush and micellar water and cleaned up the full mobile lid area ↓

I then took my nail brush and more eye primer to get a good base down for the metallic shades ↓

I took a small packer brush and the shade Need Receipts (pale green with a light peach pearl – metallic) from the Fenty palette and patted it to the inner 2/3 of the mobile lids ↓

I took a thinner packer brush and the shade Shuffle (lime green – metallic) from the LA Girl palette and packed that onto the outer 2/3 of the mobile lids ↓

Using my finger I applied a combo of the shades Phat Pockets (Cool Toned Medium Green with a blue/green pearl – metallic) and Direct Deposit (warm toned medium green with blue and rust pearl – metallic) from the Fenty palette and tapped that over the outer 1/3 of the mobile lids leave just a hint of the outer part of the area blank ↓

Using a tiny crease brush and a combo of the shades Thyme is Money (warm toned yellow based khaki green – matte) and RubbaBandz (warm toned slight red based brown – matte) from the Fenty palette and Bamboo (grass green – matte) from the BH Cosmetics palette I started to define the outer v of the crease using small circular strokes and making sure to blow the shade up to the tail of my brows ↓

Using the same brush and combining the same 3 shades but also adding the shade Black Out (dusty black – matte) from the LA Girl palette I deepened just the outer v of the crease making sure to no go too far past the crease line to create depth to the outer side of the eye ↓

- The next 2 pictures are a side view of the deepening of the outer v of the crease ↓

I then removed the tape from the outer edge of me eyes and cleaned up all the fall out ↓

I then applied fresh tape to the outer edge of my eyes so that I could do some winged liner, using the ColourPop BFF Liquid Liner ($8 for 0.019 oz / 0.54 g of product at Ulta) in the shade The Hills (muted emerald green) keeping the liner as close to the outer v of the crease as I could get ↓

I removed the tape and then used a tiny concealer brush and a small amount of foundation to clean the outer edge of the winged liner to keep it close to the shadow lines ↓

For the lower lash lines I used a combo of the shades Thyme is Money (warm toned yellow based khaki green – matte) from the Fenty palette and the shade Bamboo (grass green – matte) from the BH Cosmetics palette and created a light drop shadow on the lower lash line, I highlighted the inner corners of the eyes using the shade Flash Money (mid toned bright yellow gold – metallic) from the Fenty palette using the brush I used to clean up the liner. I lined my lower water lines using the ColourPop BFF Crème Gel Liner (no longer available was limited edition) in the shade Aglow (warm lime green with a golden reflect – metallic). I then took the ColourPop BFF Liquid Liner ($8 for 0.019 oz / 0.54 g of product at Ulta) in the shade Numero Uno (true black) and created the tiniest of lines along the lashes to help conceal the lash bands of my false lashes ↓

Complexion:

I primed my facing using the E.L.F. Jelly Pop Dew Primer ($10 for 1.01 fl oz / 29.87 mL of product at Ulta). I contoured the sides of the forehead, the bridge of my nose, my lips, my cheeks bones and jaw line using the SOL Body Face & Bronzing Balm ($15 for 1.01 oz / 31 g) in the shade Deep Dark. For foundation I chose the Milk Makeup Blur Liquid Matte Foundation ($40 for 1 fl oz / 30 mL of product at Sephora) in the shade Ivory (fair with neutral to yellow undertones). I bronzed the perimeter of my face using the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Match Stix Matte Contour Skinstick ($26 for 0.25 oz / 7.10 g at Sephora) in the shade Mocha (contour for light medium skin tones, cool undertone). I highlighted the high pints of my face using the Huda Beauty NYMPH Not Your Mama’s Panty Hose All Over Body Highlighter ($49 for 1.85 fl oz / 55 mL of product at Sephora) in the shade Luna (white/gold with hints of rose gold and silver). I concealed the sides of my nose to clean up my contour using the Uoma Stay Woke Luminous Brightening Concealer ($25 for 0.17 oz / 4.82 g of product at Ulta) in the shade White Pearl T2 (very fair skin) and then patted what ever was left on my sponge under my eyes to conceal them.
Cheeks, Lips, Lashes and Touch Ups:

For my cream blush I used the Revolution Pro Blush & Lift Liquid Blusher ($10 for 0.2 fl oz / 5.8 mL of product on their website) in the shade Peaches. I set my under eyes using a little RMCA No Color Powder ($14 for 3 oz / 85.05 g of product on the Beautylish website. I set my bronzer using the Benefit Cosmetics Babes on Board Face Palette (was limited edition) but I am only using the Hoola Bronzer ($30 for 0.28 oz / 8 g of product at Ulta) in the Original shade. I set my blush using the BECCA Blush (no longer in production) in the shade Flowerchild (coral pearl) and I set the rest of my face using Milani Make It Last Setting Powder ($10.99 for 0.14 oz / 3.97 g of product at Ulta) in the shade #01 Translucent (light to medium). I touched up my highlighter using the BH Cosmetics Glowing in Greece 6 Pan Palette ($17 for 0.75 oz / 21.5 g on their website making 0.125 oz / 3.58 g and $2.83 per shade) in the shade Athens (pale gold). I also highlighted the tip and bridge of my nose as well as my cupid’s bow. I used 1 coat of the Makeup Revolution The Mascara Revolution ($10 for 0.5 oz / 14.17 g of product on their website) and then popped on a pair of the Vintage Vanity Cosmetics Lashes ($9 per pair on their website) in the style Diahann. I then created hair like strokes at the front of my brows using the NYX Lift & Snatch Brow Tint Pen Waterproof Eyebrow Pen ($11 for 0.03 fl oz / 0.89 mL of product at Ulta) in the shade Espresso. I lined and filled in my lips using the ColourPop Lippie Pencil ($6 for 0.035 oz / 1 g of product on their website) in the shade BFF3 (mid toned nude). I topped my lips off using the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Stunna Lip Paint Longwear Fluid Lip Color ($25 for 0.13 oz / 4 mL of product at Sephora) in the shade Unbutton (peachy nude) and then I tapped a slight amount of Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer ($19 for 0.3 oz / 9 mL of product at Sephora) in the shade Sweetmouth (shimmering soft pink). I set my face using the Beauty Bakerie Spray Your Grace Setting Spray ($18 for 3.4 fl oz / 100.55 mL of product at Ulta). I did not need a touch up powder today.
Final Thoughts:

I really like this look. I’m starting to like green shadow more and more. I think I did a pretty good job and bringing color to a fall look. The warmth of the brown shade I applied before the greens really helped the greens smoke up a bit and the golds really did a good job of keeping this look from being too summer bright.
And with that today’s walkthrough is over….
I hope you have a great rest of your day/night 🌞🌜and that you’re in great spirits and health 😄🩺.
👄Remember, Save a spoon for a bit of lipstick.👄
